Jawanda Newsome ABA and Behavioral Services, LLC is a group of highly qualified consultants and therapists with over ten years of direct experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and austim. Our goal is to provide your child with an individualized program that best addresses his or her needs.

 Jawanda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience in implementing and designing in-home ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She received a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Educational Psychology (with an emphasis in Special Education) from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She later received her certification in ABA in 2004 from Southern Illinios University.

Jawanda has served on the Board of the Autism Society of San Antonio and is a member of many organizations such as TX ABA, Autism Society of America, and The Association of Behavior Analysis.

She has co-authored and published two articles in journals, Teaching Exceptional Children Plus and Research in Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Jawanda continues to dvelop home programs, work in collaboration with school districts, and provide workshops on behavior modification.
